Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of buying a Hostbeam license, for any reason. You don't have to justify it. Email support@hostbeam.app from the address you bought with, or contact Paddle directly.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Paddle processes them; how long the money takes to land is down to your bank, typically a few working days. A refund deactivates the license, and the app returns to the free tier at its next check.

After 14 days, write to us anyway. If Hostbeam is broken for you, or it clearly never did what we said it does, we'll sort it out. Nothing here limits rights your local consumer law gives you and doesn't let us take away.

Cancellation

A Hostbeam license is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing recurring to cancel, no renewal date, and nothing that will quietly charge you again. Renewing after your 12-month update window is entirely optional, and only happens if you choose to buy it.

To stop using Hostbeam, deactivate your devices in the app or simply delete it. Your screenshots and SSH configuration are yours and live on your own machines, so there is no account to close and no data of yours for us to delete.

Who sold you the license

Purchases on this site are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record, under Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle handles payment, tax, and refunds on our behalf, which is why their name appears on your card statement.

Purchases made inside the iOS app are sold by Apple under Apple's terms. Apple handles those refunds, not us and not Paddle — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
